As a former tennis player, I have experienced these situations myself. As a professional tennis coach, I work daily with high-performing players who struggle with the mental aspect of their game. Being a mental coach is a great help and I would love to work with you!

About myself:

I was born in Germany and live and work in Mexico. I also have a degree in education and sometimes work as a language teacher, but my passion is sports. In addition to tennis, I was also active in athletics, volleyball, and football. After my active tennis career, I became a professional tennis coach and then a mental coach.
