I am a former elite-athlete (European Champion, World Games Winner, 3x Champions League Winner in Hockey), a certified sport psychologist (M.Sc Sport & Exercise Psychology) and systemic coach. I’ve also worked in positions of responsibility at companies such as adidas. The focus of my work is on creating efficient mental training plans to improve mental performance & mental toughness. As a former team sportsman, I know the dynamics of a team and advise coaches, teams and managers in the area of change management and team development.
