I am a sport and exercise psychologist looking to support and enhance the performance, development, and well-being of individuals situated in the domain of elite sport and any other form of high performance environment. My role includes working both at an individual level (i.e., through one-to-one consultations and workshops) and an organizational level (i.e., working from a systematic lens to enhance organizational functioning).
Throughout my three years as a trainee sport psychologist, I have developed a solid foundation in effectively supporting a plethora of high performing individuals from the lenses of both performance and well-being. I am adept at providing integrated psychology support to elite athletes, whilst fostering strong relationships with coaches and support teams to facilitate an environment of growth and development. I am a skilled individual when it comes to disseminating evidence-based practice into the real-world setting, helping me to better inform athletes, coaches, and support staff with knowledge and regarding sport psychology.
I am confident that my qualifications, professional attributes, and diverse range of experiences make me a strong fit for supporting individuals through any challenges they are facing. Moreover, my dedication, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills have been instrumental in my practice, allowing me to connect effectively with individuals in times of adversity.
Whilst I am currently completing my professional doctorate in sport and exercise psychology at the University of Portsmouth, I balance my time between applied practice and evidence-based research exploring the concept of organizational thriving in elite sport.
