The work I do as a practitioner is the result of an injury I endured when I ran Track and Field. Knowing what it feels like to be in need of support drives me to provide my clients with the assistance they require.
As a chartered sports and exercise psychologist, I have offered my services within numerous sports performance settings. This has included working in women’s football, managing behavior change projects and supporting athletes’ wellbeing. As well as managing my own private practice supporting footballers and sprinters with the tools necessary to reach their career goals.
Through my experience, I have been able to work with athletes ranging from elite to amateur to support them with competition anxiety, building healthy routines and working through injuries. I am passionate about what I do and I aim to help you achieve your next goal.
