As a multiple marathon finisher and former top manager, I understand what it means to achieve goals under pressure and perform at your personal best. We are often the biggest road blocks on our way to the top. Negative self-talk, self-doubt and high expectations prevent us from excelling in competition. Fascinated by the possibilities of our subconscious mind, I have done various trainings in mental coaching and use the latest methods to support athletes and top performers to improve their wellbeing and performance and to customize it to individual needs. Not losing focus and finding a different way of dealing with stressful situations is just one aspect of my coaching. I accompany athletes from the definition of goals and preparation to the actual competition/game and then support them through to the mental and physical aftercare.
