As a Sport Psychology Consultant, I work with a range of athletes of all ages and abilities. I have worked in Elite environments and academy settings at the highest level as well as supporting coaches to provide psychologically informed guidance for athletes. I specialise in self-management techniques that allow athletes to excel in moments of high pressure as well as laying a foundation of mental skills and flexible thinking. Athletes can expect to learn to adapt to pressure, manage their nerves effectively and bolster performance with practical skills. In addition to this, my view is that mental wellbeing underlies all good and consistent performance and because of this, I offer wellbeing support to athletes to ensure they can thrive in their lives on and off the field.
